We welcome orders in any form that is most convenient for you--phone, fax, e-mail or
letter. No formal Order Form is necessary for prepaid or credit card orders from individuals.

When ordering, be sure to provide both the number(s) and titles of the products, the
quantities, and a street address for UPS shipments. Include a daytime phone and your name so
we can reach you if there are any questions.

Orders from individuals, overseas orders, and orders for resale require prepayment by
check or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.
Please be sure to include the expiration date and the name and address of the cardholder as well
as the "ship to" address. Sorry, no COD's.

We accept duly authorized Purchase Orders from schools, universities, libraries,
government departments, nonprofit organizations and well-established corporations. We must
have a hard copy of an official Purchase Order with federal ID and sales tax exemption number so
we can ship and bill. If your organization does not use PO's, we will accept orders on
your letterhead signed by an authorized executive. This may be faxed to 1-607-732-1183.

A sales tax exemption form to document tax exempt status is necessary from resellers
in New York State whether or not the order is prepaid. This also may be faxed to 1-607-732-1183.

Although we are working on it, at present the version of this catalog found on the Internet
(HTML) does not support all of the features found in the downloadable/viewable version for IBM
Windows. We will be happy to send you a copy on disk free on request. That version has some
features that make ordering easier:

A SEARCH utility (binocular icon) that is especially useful in finding specific subjects
you need--it is a very nice and simple search system. Just enter topics, titles or other key
words and go where it tells you. Use it from the opening screen to search all the subsections.
Do not forget to scroll through the "categories" box to find every subsection in which your topic is
mentioned.

A VIEW button which provides three different ways to scan the contents of a category,
two of which provide summary information on your order.

A simplified products list and order form can be found when you click on the button with
the pencil. We suggest you print out a copy to work on while preparing your order. After
completing it, fax or E-mail a copy to us along with your official institution Purchase Order.

This version also contains a free program that enables you to run the images from the
various sections as a screen saver.
