The complete contents of this computer/audiovisual program are protected by U.S. and
international copyright. All rights are reserved. Except as noted herein, no portion of this work
may be printed, published, reproduced, transmitted, or stored by any optical, electronic or
mechanical means, now known or yet to be invented, without written permission from the
copyright owner.

So long as the appropriate copyright notice appears with each use, the copyright owner
hereby grants permission to registered purchasers and authorized users of this program, without
charge, to:

(1) make low resolution printouts of the various photographs on an
individual basis for classroom use.

(2) reproduce photographs or text from the work in test booklets, exam
papers and the like, as long as such materials are reproduced in limited
numbers, for in-house use only and not for general circulation or sale.

Photographs may be reproduced in color or black and white in lab manuals, newsletters,
house organs, or similar publications where the print run does not exceed 2,500 copies, and may
be exhibited at meetings, presentations, seminars or conferences where the total audience does
not exceed 500 people, upon payment of a reproduction fee of $25.00 U.S. per image, per edition
or event. Any electronic publishing, such as in computer software, CD-ROM use, networks, etc.,
must be negotiated in advance on a case by case basis. All such uses must carry appropriate
copyright notices. Details of the use, a sample when prepared, and payment in U.S. funds
should be forwarded to Andromeda Productions at the address below, prior to the intended use,
to receive a written license for such use.

The images contained in this program, as well as thousands of other unique, high quality
images, are also available for more extensive and extended publication and reproduction in all
media and formats.

Many thousands of photographs are available on diverse topics, particularly science,
natural history and the environment. They can be provided on film or high resolution Photo CD's.
Reproduction fees are negotiated on a case by case basis and are influenced by the end use
and the number of images used in the project.
