EDUCATIONAL PERFORMANCE END USER LICENSE

All Educational Images Ltd. computer software, video and audiovisual programs sold to
schools, colleges, libraries, parks, nature centers, museums and other educational facilities
include an on-site Educational Performance License. This License allows for public showing of
the programs for educational purposes, so long as no special admission fee is charged.
Broadcast, electronic transmission for off-site distance learning, or performance for a paying
audience is NOT covered by this Educational Performance License. A separate written license
and payment of the required fee is necessary for such other performances as are not covered by
